When you place an order with 24/7 Seal, you can be assured that your signing will be done by Certified and Screened Signing Agents and documents will be returned to you on time.

Our Certified and Screened Loan Signing Agents have completed numerous assignments for lenders that include: re-finance loans, equity lines of credit, secondary loans etc. We provide services to major lenders in the final stage of loans. We take the loan documents to your client, assist them in the proper executions of each document, notarize documents and return them to you by carrier or agreed upon method.

By submitting a Loan Signing Request you are contracting our company to fulfill a loan signing appointment with your customer (i.e. loan borrower). Once documents have been signed and notarized invoices for services will be sent directly to the lender. Regardless if escrow closes or not all invoices for services rendered are due. If the client refuse to sign documents you will be notified immediately. The sum equal to half the original signing fee plus mileage will be charged. All invoices not paid within 30 days of billing will be subject to penalties.
